Con molta professionalità e scrupolosità, la signora è riuscita a curarle in modo eccellente e quindi anche la febbre è cessata. Ha avuto anche un bel modo di fare sempre sorridente e cordiale con mio padre. E' un'agenzia molto seria con personale qualificato, la consiglio vivamente.
I was very satisfied with the experience I had in August. My father had had a high fever due to pressure sores for more than a month. With great professionalism and scrupulousness, the lady managed to treat them in an excellent way and therefore the fever also ceased. He also had a nice way of always smiling and friendly with my father. It is a very serious agency with qualified personnel, I highly recommend it.

Dopo un rodaggio iniziale, le attuali collaboratrici, selezionate dal Signor Paolo Banfi, sembrano rispondere alle nostre richieste e necessità.
Sono persone attente e 'amorevoli' con i nostri cari.

We have been using staff who collaborate with the "Famiglia Riunita" agency for the assistance of two elderly people for only three months.
After an initial run-in, the current collaborators, selected by Mr. Paolo Banfi, seem to respond to our requests and needs.
They are caring and 'loving' people with our loved ones.
This demonstrates the professionalism of Mr. Banfi who listens, perceives and understands the customer's needs and does his best to satisfy them.

We used Famiglia Riunita for the replacement of our caregiver in December for my mother-in-law, we were satisfied beyond the professionalism of the structure their staff is of a truly unique sweetness and patience, they were a little fearful but we could not be more than satisfied. Thanks Stefania

We have contacted "Famiglia Riunita" for a year now for assistance to the father who is no longer self-sufficient. Today we are using the services offered and we are completely satisfied.
