★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È come scegliere un hotel a 5 stelle però gestito da personale in gran parte non all'altezza della bella struttura.
Le esigenze primarie sono ben assolte ma se il vostro caro è ancora lucido e ha delle richieste fuori programma allora nascono i problemi. Come esigenza non soddisfatta, se non dopo infinite discussioni al telefono, intendo anche semplicemente, andare a riposare a letto in fasce orarie non prestabilite; operazione apparentemente semplice ma che mia madre non poteva fare se non aiutata da qualcuno.
Ogni piccola problematica esposta non è affrontata con professionalità dalla coordinatrice di piano ma anzi negata con sgarbo cercando di far passare mia madre sempre come una bugiarda. Per non parlare del direttore che facendosi grande del fatto che è l'unica struttura in zona di un certo livello (ma lo è solo in apparenza) non interviene e anzi se coinvolto, con spocchia invita ad andarsene in un'altra casa di cura, cosa che purtroppo non ho fatto in tempo a mettere in atto.....
Alla fine non ci hanno nemmeno restituito tutti i vestiti di mia madre nell'indifferenza totale.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sbilanciato.
Non la risceglierei e non mi sento di consigliarla.
It is like choosing a 5-star hotel but managed by staff largely not up to par with the beautiful structure.
The primary needs are well met but if your loved one is still lucid and has unscheduled requests then problems arise. As an unsatisfied need, if not after endless discussions on the phone, I also simply mean going to bed at unscheduled times; apparently simple operation but that my mother could not do unless helped by someone.
Every little problem exposed is not dealt with professionally by the plan coordinator but rather denied with rudeness, trying to always pass my mother off as a liar. Not to mention the director who, making himself great by the fact that it is the only structure in the area of a certain level (but it is only apparently so) does not intervene and indeed if involved, with arrogance invites you to go to another nursing home, which unfortunately I did not have time to implement .....
In the end, they didn't even give us back all of my mother's clothes in total indifference.
The quality / price ratio is unbalanced.
I wouldn't choose it again and I don't feel like recommending it.
