E	Edoardo Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attorno alle vecchie mura e a ridosso del Bastione della Gatta, sono stati edificati nel 1925 questi rotondi giardini di circa 5000 mq, contenenti anche il serbatoio idrico storico della città edificato a castelletto e la piccola Cappella, quale commemorazione dei caduti sotto le bombe del 1916, I° Guerra Mondiale. Ad oggi colpiscono le strutture di sostegno e rinforzo sulle mura esterne che aiutano i terrapieni a non cedere al peso della terra ed i continui lavori di restauro e ripristino che sembra non finiscano mai. I terrazzati Giardini (5 per l'esattezza) comprensivi di fontane centrali fornite di ninfee, sono di fattura Liberty e Decó, costruiti secondo la moda dell'epoca. Fino a qualche anno fa erano teatro di proiezioni all'aperto di cinema d'essai, oggi abbandonate, ed è un peccato vederne la decadenza e l'utilizzo non consono, con personaggi non proprio piacevoli che li frequentano. In ogni caso una visita al passaggio vi permetterà di osservare Padova da un'altra angolazione, una diversa prospettiva. Eventi su storia Padovana con filmati di Padova sotterranea curati da Comitati mura e Speleologi Padova. Assolutamente da vedere. Le sdraio poi creano una bellissima atmosfera.
