★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start saying food was not good at all, my pumpkin risotto was extremely disappointing, my husband ordered pork knuckle and was not please either, but the worst is we ordered a cheese platter that was supposed to be a variety of cheeses and they brought us a plate with big pieces of the same cheese, when we complained to the server he said they were different when they were visibly the same one, it was offensive. I will totally recommend you find yourself a better restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t eat the salad! Ridiculous price for what you get.. I had the salad Matthias for 11€ and on the picture you can see what I got.. spinatknödel with Pfifferlingen were quite good, very full lots of tourists. No recommendation from my side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most rude owner I have ever encountered. I live in Italy. I went to this restaurant with Canadian friends visiting. They were happy to show their Covid vaccination record; that according to Italian law permitted them to enter the restaurant. The owner did not know the law and continued to be extremely rude even after I showed him a printed off copy of it from the Italian Ministry of Health. He has an obligation to not be ignorant about Italian law. When I ran into very nice police in the square, they said that of course that I was correct. We gave our business to another restaurant that was welcoming and wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice restaurant. The food is quite good, with some very good prices (as an example we payed 12€ for the spare ribs).
The location is also excellent, so if you’re hungry and you’re looking for something nice & not very expensive, then this is the place for you.
They also have an excellent artisan beer.
Overall a place to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Big beer” is 0,4 - geting used to this really hard. Buchweizen best weizen so far! Reminds me of Golem beer in Košice. Dark one is really nicely smoked.
Amazing cute bilingual town reminds me of my hometown in East Slovakia with pubs with wooden walls and medieval cielings. Dont forget to visit upper floors.
Worth it!
