Notiamo che attorno a noi ci sono delle tavolate in cui vengono portate pizzette, grissini e affettati. Iniziamo a bere, il nostro tavolo viene utilizzato come punto di appoggio dagli altri camerieri (?!), uno addirittura ci guarda chiedendo se la bottiglia fosse nostra (???????????!). Riceviamo delle olive e delle patatine in sacchetto, basiti facciamo delle dimostranze alla cameriera che ci dice: "Quando qualcuno prende una bottiglia cerchiamo di offrire qualcosa di più particolare rispetto a quello che diamo agli altri". Penso di aver vissuto un momento fantozziano all'ennesima potenza, come può un posto del genere trattare alcuni clienti come se fossero di serie B??? Ho trovato tutto questo estremamente vergognoso. During a "long aperitif" with a friend of mine and we decide to take a modest € 22 bottle. We note that around us there are tables where pizzas, breadsticks and cold cuts are brought. We start drinking, our table is used as a base by the other waiters (?!), One even looks at us asking if the bottle was ours (???????????!). We receive olives and chips in a bag, we are thrilled to show the waitress who tells us: "When someone takes a bottle we try to offer something more particular than what we give to others". I think I lived a Fantozzian moment to the nth degree, how can a place like this treat some customers as if they were of series B ??? I found all of this extremely shameful.

Tanti salottini, che creano degli angolini molto accoglienti, con le luci soffuse e un piacevole sussurrare di voci, appena percepite. È stata una bellissima esperienza, che consiglio vivamente! We were immediately greeted friendly by Markus, who immediately put us at ease. Very refined, elegant, well-kept environment. Many small living rooms, which create very cozy corners, with soft lighting and a pleasant whisper of voices, just perceived. It was a wonderful experience, which I highly recommend!

Il servizio è cordiale e l'offerta ampia. I prezzi un po' sopra la media, ma il posto se lo merita tutto. Consigliato soprattutto a coppie. The place is very formal and romantic. The location is beautiful with soft lighting and floral decorations. The view is also very beautiful, in the historic center of Bolzano. The service is friendly and the offer ample. Prices a little above average, but the place deserves it all. Recommended especially for couples.

Liebevolles Drumherum mit spitzen Service und superfreundlichen Betreibern/Mitarbeitern. Da fahren wir doch sehr gerne wieder hin ? Very casual "chance hit" while strolling through the city center ? Cool bar with excellent soda & co. Loving trappings with excellent service and super-friendly operators / employees. We'd love to go back there ?

Das versierte Personal (AKA der Pächter) waren sehr zuvorkommend und hatten auch Zeit für einen Schwatz bezüglich anderen (Luxus)-Themen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Bozen bin, ein sicherer Wert zum reinschauen und kurz sich was gönnen. Ps.: Auch ein sicherer Wert für ein Date ;)

Sehr gut geeignet zum Aperitif trinken. Man wird wirklich gut und professionell beraten. Cool bar in the middle of Bolzano. Very personable and professional operators of the bar. A large selection of high-quality wines and champagne is offered. Very suitable for drinking as an aperitif. You will be advised really well and professionally.
