★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure to visit multiple times while living in Bolzano. Great local cuisine and the best Schlutzkrapfen and Knödel I've tried. Fantastic wine as well. A must try if you're in town and want to experience south tyrolean food in a historic building with fine atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/4 of us would give this restaurant a 4-star review, mostly because the service. The food is pretty good (as in some of us had AMAZING food and some of us had ok food). It seemed like maybe they didn't use any salt so the ravioli left you wanting more. The schnitzel was great. Fabian and Mira were ABSOLUTELY wonderful! We'd return just for them!
