★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta alquanto sbalordita dal comportamento poco educato della commessa, che una volta lasciate le scatole con le scarpe da provare non si è più interessata alla vendita, stando invece alla cassa a parlando con un collega. Ho dovuto fare da sola come in un qualsiasi supermercato all'ingrosso di calzature...! Peccato perché penso che la qualità ed il prestigio del marchio Pollini debba ritrovarsi anche nel personale che dovrebbe comportarsi con professionalità . Chiaramente per principio non ho acquistato nulla. Ancora sono incredula.
I was rather stunned by the untrained behavior of the saleswoman, who once left the boxes with the shoes to try on was no longer interested in selling, instead talking to a colleague at the cash desk. I had to do it alone like in any wholesale footwear supermarket ...! It's a pity because I think that the quality and prestige of the Pollini brand should also be found in the staff that should behave professionally. Of course, on principle I didn't buy anything. I'm still incredulous.
