★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cozy place located downtown Bolzano close to piazza delle Erbe. The place is set on 3 different floors . Food is quite local and good quality. Staff is very professional.
I had a tris of Canederli very tasty.

Prices are also quite honest, considering the average in Bolzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing restaurant in the heart of Bolzano! Food is delicious, we especially appreciated the risotto and canederli. The atmosphere is very special, and old flat on the first floor all made out of wood with bright windows. Prices are fair.

Not cheap, but not expensive either...prices match the food/service.
Highly recommended, we ate there twice in 4 days ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's very few places I have given a bad review for, but this is an experience that I have to share. We walked into the restaurant without a reservation, so they told us they could seat us if we could be done within an hour (to accommodate people with a reservation). We agreed to that and were seated on the third floor. We ordered a salad and a pizza within 10 minutes of being seated but did not end up getting our salad until 30 minutes after we ordered. While waiting we noticed people who were seated after us getting their pizzas. The worst part was, when we asked the waiter about our pizza and told him that we may not have enough time to finish it, he gave us an attitude and basically just told us we had 20 minutes to eat it (while the pizza was still not even on our table yet). He said something in Italian which was loud enough to have other diners turn around and look. He did not speak much English so he sent his co-worker over, to let us know that we will have to take the pizza to go. So now I am forced to eat a cold pizza in my hotel room because I decided to go to this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat inside the restaurant, right in the Turkish window. It was wonderful!
For dinner, I had the goulash. It was amazing. The polenta accompanying it was crispy and delicious. The sauce and greens were also excellent. I had the birra rossa to drink.
Would certainly return here on my next trip to Bolzano!
