★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein gepflegtes Café in der Bozner Altstadt - eine angenehme Location. Aber: Unsere Bedienung sprach - und verstand! - kein Wort Deutsch. Ich spreche dabei von HOCHDEUTSCH. Etwas unwirsch verlangte die Frau die Bestellung auf Italienisch. Etwas wenig zeitgemäß, würden wir meinen.
 A neat café in the old town of Bozen - a pleasant location. But: Our waitress spoke - and understood! - not a word of German. I'm talking about HOCHDEUTSCH. The woman asked for the order in Italian, somewhat rudely. A bit uncontemporary, we would think.

Le alte fette di torta accompagnate da una tazza di schiumoso cappiccino sono ideali per una merenda dopo un pomeriggio sotto i portici, e i cuori di castagne sono eccezionali. Posto a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno.
Historic café in the center of Bolzano, welcoming environment, friendly staff. The tall slices of cake accompanied by a cup of frothy cappiccino are ideal for a snack after an afternoon under the arcades, and the chestnut hearts are exceptional. Seating both indoors and outdoors.

Pasticceria fantastica, gentili, disponibili, attenti, unica nota dolente, la temperatura del latte per il cappuccino è troppo alta. ???
