I sent a message through VRBO to ask for direction, no response. Any ways 2 weeks go by and its getting close to the date of my reservations and I get a message from hotel stating we don't have room for you. UNBELIEVABLE. I would NOT recommend booking this place. It will disappoint you. Find another place. These people are cheater, will take your money and will not honor your reservation. Now I have to find something last minute and pay arm and leg to stay. I didn't receive any help from VRBO, travelscape, or the hotel. Thanks for ruining my trip.

M	Mariève Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful B&B with amazing views of the coast. We had a large room with a huge terrace. Breakfast was included which was basic but included fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses. Walking distance from restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

It was very, very clean, and the room had a balcony looking out to the water and the coastline - wonderful! The staff were extremely nice - we overslept the first morning and missed breakfast. No matter, they made plates for us any way and brought it out to us on the lobby balcony with the same breathtaking views. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. With a great pizzeria up the street and a lovely rooftop restaurant at the next hotel. I highly recommend this restaurant.
J	Jim Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The few staff members were very nice and extremely helpful. The property itself has. Not seen an update in over 30 years and the building shows wear. Rooms are entirely over priced for the property and pictures old. Most notably the air conditioning does not work well and our room was never cooled! The bathroom overhead light did not work and was not fixed during our stay. We had a terrace, sea view room. However the terrace was dirty and had not been cleaned in some time either. We had drinks at the bar, again friendly staff, but the beer and waters were barely chilled. The woman at reception was not polite or helpful at all. I hope her lack of service skills do not rub off on the others. She was very concerned that we had cash to pay the tourist tax of 5€ at checkout and did not try to put it on a card. We asked for a one hour later checkout and she said no. She was unapologetic or helpful in any way. Would not recommend and definitely would not stay again.

Location is ideal, close to all necessary transportation but far enough from the crowds of Positano. Quiet and safe to walk around all the time. As a single traveler I really appreciate that. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. All the restaurants have given me a table even though I am a single, I have never been turned away regardless of how busy they were. Hotel Holiday is clean, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Staff is awesome. They are helpful, friendly and let me practice my limited Italian. My ride from the airport in Naples was arranged by them and even though I was hours late, my driver was waiting for me. Will always stay here when I return, it feels like my second home. Who knows I may even retire here someday.
