★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a few days of workouts in my hotel room with the bands I brought to Italy, I found the Love Gym and had an awesome session! The facility had everything I needed to help stretch my low back and legs (3 days of walking the stairs in Positano) foam roller, stretching mat, plenty of machines, free weights and cables.
If the massive amount of stairs and walking in Positano hasn’t burnt off your glutinous indulgence of Italian food, jump on the bus and head to the Love Gym and go throw around some weights.
Plus they have a supplement section and cafe for a quick refuel after your work out.
