★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato per tre mesi la sala attrezzi.
La palestra in sé non è male, anzi è molto carina, la sala attrezzi è anche abbastanza grande, il prezzo per nulla eccessivo.
L’aspetto negativo, ma migliorabile, riguarda a mio avviso il personale che ci lavora.
Gli istruttori di sala sono sicuramente competenti, ma talvolta poco professionali e forse un po’ distratti, soprattutto se consideriamo che un esercizio mi è stato corretto dopo un mese che lo facevo sempre allo stesso modo. Inoltre, non mi è sembrato che tenessero conto delle mie effettive esigenze e non mostravano neanche molta disponibilità quando chiedevo qualche informazione, tant’è che ad un certo punto ho preferito non chiedere più nulla perché mi sembrava che li stessi disturbando.
Un’altra cosa, la ragazza all’ingresso sembra quasi che faccia lei un piacere a noi stando lì, salutare è segno di educazione, se poi bisogna pagare un’extra per avere un saluto ricambiato allora posso capire.
In conclusione queste non vogliono essere critiche, ma consigli, perché la palestra potrebbe rendere di più se fossero migliorati questi aspetti.

In my opinion, the negative aspect, which can be improved, concerns the staff who work there.
The instructors are certainly competent, but sometimes unprofessional and perhaps a little distracted, especially if we consider that an exercise was corrected me after a month that I always did the same way. Moreover, it did not seem to me that they took into account my actual needs and did not even show much availability when I asked for some information, so much so that at a certain point I preferred not to ask for anything more because it seemed to me that I was disturbing them.
Another thing, the girl at the entrance seems to make her a pleasure to us by being there, to say goodbye is a sign of education, if then you have to pay an extra to have a reciprocated greeting then I can understand.
In conclusion, these do not want to be critical, but advice, because the gym could do more if these aspects were improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata accolta alla reception con grande gentilezza, gli istruttori sono preparati e disponibili, le sale sono ampie e ben attrezzate, sono attivati vari corsi (pilates, acquagym, fit boxe, nuoto...). Io frequento il corso di pilates e mi trovo benissimo!
I was welcomed at the reception with great kindness, the instructors are prepared and available, the rooms are large and well equipped, various courses are activated (pilates, water aerobics, fit boxing, swimming ...). I attend the pilates course and I have a great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ambiente pulito ed ordinato. Ho iscritto la mia piccola di tre anni ai corsi di nuoto dedicati ai bambini. Lei è entusiasta. Piccolo neo è la situazione spogliatoio, non per un fattore di pulizia o funzionalità ma ai papà è vietato l'accesso e di conseguenza solo i bimbi accompagnati da una donna possono accedere. La cosa mi ha alquanto infastidito visto che ho dovuto ricondurre una sconsolata figlia a casa (in quel giorno la mamma proprio non poteva accompagnarla).
Gli orari dei corsi sono molteplici ma, da loro motivato, a causa della grande affluenza non c'è elasticità nella scelta di giorni ed orari che vanno concordati a priori ad inizio mese e possono essere variati, se c'è posto, solo al mese successivo.
Prezzo d'iscrizione modesto, quota mensile nella media.
A clean and tidy environment. I enrolled my three-year-old daughter in swimming lessons for children. She is thrilled. A small drawback is the changing room situation, not for a factor of cleanliness or functionality but fathers are forbidden to enter and consequently only children accompanied by a woman can access. This bothered me a little as I had to bring a disconsolate daughter back home (on that day her mother just couldn't accompany her).
The course times are many but, motivated by them, due to the large turnout there is no flexibility in the choice of days and times that must be agreed in advance at the beginning of the month and can be changed, if there is room, only per month following.
Modest subscription price, average monthly fee.
