The food was excellent and the staff extremely available and kind!
On the other hand the room I ended up in was a bit spartan and Wi-Fi wasn't functioning properly (maybe because we were a numerous group).
Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a wedding few weeks ago. Stunning place. The good is amazing ( we tried it in another day for lunch). We were served by a very helpful and friendly waiter and would return any time. The palace is in the mountains and it might take a bit longer to reach due the winding road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to stay with beautiful surroundings. Really helpful friendly staff who give the place a warm and welcoming feel. The two waiters who served us our drinks and dinner was an absolute credit to Palazzo Loup.
Hats of to the kitchen staff as well for the gorgeous food, perfecto!
This is my second stay and it was just as good as my stay in 2015.
I will definitely stay again when I am next in Italy.
Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful stay, you are all doing a great job.
