★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Suite that I booked was advertised as a King bed with a pull out sofa. Upon getting ready for bed the night of my stay, we noticed that the pull out bed was not functional. The staff did a good job at being flexible and brought my kids 2 roll away beds. However I still think periodic maintenance should be done on all properties, especially ones that consist of moving parts such as pull out beds. The electricity being controlled VIA insertion of the room key was kind of a pain in the rear as it never let to room cool down in our absence nor were we able to change devices in our absence. This is a feature that I think should be controlled and always on as long as a guest is checked into the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple clean and with very kind staff. We slept a few hours in this hotel arriving very late at night and leaving very early. The staff helped us genuinely and proactively for all what we could need. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the shower head. Did not use the bidet but it was a nice option. I loved the modern decor of the entire room and it was a bonus to have the park view and natural light coming into the room. I would definitely stay here if in the area again. It was nice to be away from the busy and crowded city center. Access to the tram is perfect as it got me into the city center within 20 minutes. The shopping area and grocery close to the hotel was perfect for grabbing essentials. The only thing(s) missing from this location (as opposed to most other HGI locations) is a pool and or hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majority of the staff speak and understand english, so that was a pleasant surprise. No language barrier here. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel is wonderful, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my goodness what an amazing stay!!! Silvia at the front desk could not have been more helpful and lovely. She not only recommended a few restaurants but the next step and booked reservations for us!! Our king bedroom was fabulous and oh sooo comfy!! Thank you Florence Italy Ciao!!!
