★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I have had a horrible experience - probably the worst place I have ever been. The room was rather dirty and smelled. Ancient A/C that made a horrible noise during day and night. The A/C has probably never been cleaned. Not enough hot water. Noisy neighbors. Extremely cold (visited in February). Old blankets. Left after 3 nights. Florence has many good places to stay- no reason why anyone would want to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal place. Located between airport and train station of Florence. Everything functional and close. Great staff. Very helpful. Clean appartement. Nothing bad to say. Maybe just the noise of street at night but it's the price to pay to stay downtown a D plus they can't really do nothing about it. I recommand highly for people staying in Florence for short stay and that need to be close to all. Also their price are really fair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here this week, very clean and extremely comfortable beds. The reception staff Caperina and a lady from hungry were very helpful and kind, always helping with smiles. Close to the tram line direct into the centre with a lively coffee shop at the end of the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent three nightsat Leopoldo. Staff was extremely nice and helpful for everything. The place is very convenient, top equipment and quite cozy. We used their parking and went to the city center by tram, just around the corner. Last but not leas, at 5 mins walking there is a wonderful trattoria with the best spaghetti I ever had (Spaghetti Briganti at Fratelli Brigandi). When we go back to Florence, we will go for sure also to Leopoldo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places you may find in Florence. The studio furniture was amazing and there is a great attention to any detail making the place really beautiful and at the same time familiar. The people working there are super friendly and happy to help in any way they can.
