Owner unprofessional and incapable, house not bad but attached to the tracks, consequently every 5 minutes you will hear a train pass. 25 minutes walk from the center.
A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza di capodanno con i miei amici, abbiamo riservato 2 appartamenti sullo stesso piano, uno da 4 e uno da 5. All'occhio erano davvero fantastici molto moderni e ben strutturati ma dopo 2 notti passate io e i miei amici ci siamo ricreduti. Il difetto maggiore è sicuramente che gli appartamenti sono a circa 2m dalle rotaie che portano alla stazione principale di Firenze quindi di notte i treni si sentono di continuo. Gli appartamenti sono a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. La persona che ci ha accolto sembrava molto disponibile anche se però con un po' di fretta ci ha spiegato le cose fondamentali e si è defilata, la mattina del giorno seguente per errore un nostro amico ha lasciato la chiave dell'appartamento all'interno e ha chiuso la porta, per riaprirla dovevamo "sganciare" 30 euro e se non li avremmo dati siamo stati minacciati con una frase del tipo:"se non mi date 30 euro in contanti vi scalo 45 euro dalla carta di credito collegata all'appartamento". Secondo me si poteva chiudere un occhio su questo fatto. Per il resto la casa era completa di tutto(stoviglie,pentole è asciugamani vari. L'appartamento da 5 persone aveva un letto matrimoniale nel piano terra e 3 divani letto ( di cui uno matrimoniale) in una specie di Taverna molto bella. Quello da 4 invece aveva un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti a castello. New Year's holiday with my friends, we reserved 2 apartments on the same floor, one for 4 and one for 5. To the eye they were really fantastic very modern and well structured but after 2 nights spent my friends and I have changed our mind. The biggest flaw is certainly that the apartments are about 2m from the rails that lead to the main station in Florence so at night the trains are heard constantly. The apartments are about 20 minutes walk from the center. The person who welcomed us seemed very helpful even if in a bit of a hurry he explained the basic things to us and walked away, the next morning by mistake a friend of ours left the key of the apartment inside and he closed the door, to reopen it we had to "release" 30 euros and if we would not have given them we were threatened with a phrase such as: "if you don't give me 30 euros in cash, I'll put 45 euros from the credit card connected to the apartment" . In my opinion one could turn a blind eye to this fact. For the rest, the house was complete with everything (dishes, pots and various towels. The 5-person apartment had a double bed on the ground floor and 3 sofa beds (one of which was a double) in a kind of very nice tavern. The one for 4 instead had a double bed and 2 bunk beds.

Ducha muy buena y camas cómodas para poder descansar. La ubicación es cercana a la estación S. M. Novella (15' caminando) o tomas el bus 12 a 100 metros. Muy recomendable! Very good apartment! Spotless and comfortable. Room, bathroom, kitchen and patio. Washing machine and dishwasher. Everything you need and more to cook. Very good shower and comfortable beds to rest. The location is close to the S. M. Novella station (15 'walking) or you take bus 12 at 100 meters. Highly recommended!
