★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 mese di tempo e ben 36 euro solo per cambiare la coppiglia per passaggio! Eravamo d'accordo di sentirci se importo della riparazione fosse stata superiore ai 30 euro, nessuno ha chiamato e dopo ben due solleciti da parte ns. al ritiro conto di 36 euro!
 1 month and 36 euros just to change the cotter pin per step! We agreed to hear if the amount of the repair had been greater than 30 euros, no one called and after two reminders from our side. on account withdrawal of 36 euros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero positiva. Ho portato a riparare un tagliaerba Bosch e dopo 45 gg visto che Bosch non aveva ancora consegnato un pezzo, lo hanno smontato da una macchina nuova ! Complimenti questo è il Servizio con la S maiuscola. Da Bosch mi sarei aspettato un beau geste tipo il non addebitare il pezzo ma evidentemente non hanno voluto capire ed ammettere i propri errori. Va beh ci sono altri fornitori. Fa loro fortemente deluso
Really good experience. I took a Bosch lawnmower to be repaired and after 45 days, as Bosch hadn't delivered a part yet, they took it apart from a new machine! Congratulations, this is the Service with a capital S. From Bosch I would have expected a beau geste like not charging the piece but obviously they didn't want to understand and admit their mistakes. Okay there are other suppliers. It makes them strongly disappointed
