★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un telecomando per il cancello dal valore di 25€ a settembre 2021.
Dopo un mese ha smesso di funzionare, mi reco al negozio e lo fanno ripartire.
Secondo mese stesso problema, è palese che è il telecomando ad essere DIFETTOSO ma nonostante questo non vogliono sostituirmelo.
Terzo mese mi reco nuovamente in negozio per lo stesso problema.
Quarto mese (gennaio 2022) smette ancora di funzionare e nonostante chiedo la sostituzione mi viene detto che non è possibile in quanto non c'è garanzia per quella marca.
Mi viene proposto l'acquisto di un'altro telecomando pagando il 50% del prezzo.
ASSOLUTAMENTE NO, NON FUNZIONA COSI!
Questo è essere disonesti.
In conclusione: 25€ buttati via, ma almeno ho capito che non è una ferramenta seria.
I purchased a gate remote control worth € 25 in September 2021.
After a month it stopped working, I go to the shop and they start it up again.
Second month same problem, it is clear that the remote control is DEFECTIVE but despite this they do not want to replace it.
Third month I go to the shop again for the same problem.
Fourth month (January 2022) it still stops working and despite asking for a replacement I am told that it is not possible as there is no guarantee for that brand.
I am offered the purchase of another remote control paying 50% of the price.
ABSOLUTELY NOT, IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!
This is being dishonest.
In conclusion: € 25 thrown away, but at least I understand that it is not a serious hardware store.
