★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver consegnato la mia lista di pezzi e componenti ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti nonostante c’erano appena due clienti in magazzino! Mentre cercavo di sbrigarmi arriva un ragazzotto che si presenta come uno dei titolari e che, in maniera sgarbata, dice che non potevo scegliere i pezzi che mi servivano; con palese malavoglia ha iniziato a tagliare eppure mi ha fatto i tagli lontanissimi della precisione. Quando arrivo in cantiere apro la busta e mi rendo conto che anche tanti pezzi della componentistica, pagati a prezzo più alto della concorrenza, non erano quelli che avevo ordinato. Dopo aver fatto tanta strada, ho deciso di NON tornarci più, mai più. Anche la mia giornata di lavoro è andata persa. Vi garantisco che su la SS18 si trovano commercianti più seri, più cortesi e più professionali. Roba da matti, sembrava che mi stava facendo un piacere! Possono accontentare soltanto qualche hobbista! Sconsiglio vivamente! Pessimo servizio e giovane “titolare” a dir poco cafone.
After handing over my list of parts and components, I had to wait 45 minutes even though there were just two customers in stock! While I was trying to hurry a boy arrives who introduces himself as one of the owners and who, in a rude way, says that I could not choose the pieces I needed; with blatant reluctance he started to cut and yet he made me very distant cuts of precision. When I arrive at the construction site I open the envelope and I realize that even many pieces of the components, paid for at a higher price than the competition, were not the ones I had ordered. After having come a long way, I decided NOT to go back, never again. My work day was also lost. I guarantee you that on the SS18 there are more serious, more courteous and more professional traders. Crazy stuff, it seemed like it was doing me a favor! They can only satisfy a few hobbyists! I strongly advise against! Bad service and young "owner" to say the least peasant.
