Il personale è a dispozione e preparato per soddisfare qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta, molti prodotti sono disponibili direttamente tramite le scaffalature accessibili al pubblico, mentre tutto il resto è negli scaffali dietro al bancone. Si nota subito che la scelta dei prodotti è di qualità e personalmente lo preferisco di gran lunga rispetto alle grandi catene di fai da te etc. Si entra con un problema e si esce con una soluzione.
