★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il commesso a fronte della mia richiesta ha detto che il prodotto che volevo io non poteva essere montato sulla serratura della mia porta blindata, non mi ha consigliato alcun altro prodotto se non la sostituzione dell'intera serratura, cosa che gli avevo chiaramente detto di non voler fare. Il fatto che sappiate quello che la ditta di quel prodotto mi ha detto mi fa pensare che la risposta della ditta è stata data dopo avervi contattato. Peccato, io a dispetto della preparazione dei "commessi preparati" un'altra soluzione meno dispendiosa l'ho trovata. Se proprio non te lo vogliono vendere che non si inventino le cose... una stella perché non ne posso dare di meno!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto competenti e disponibili. L'unico pecca è che il negozio rimane in un cortile interno, tuttavia questo offre ampio parcheggio e una volta conosciuto, si ritorna perchè ben serviti. I prezzi sono un pò più alti rispetto ad altre ferramenta... se li adeguassero alla concorrenza il passaparola farebbe aumentare la clientela.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. The only flaw is that the shop remains in an internal courtyard, however this offers ample parking and once known, you return because you are well served. The prices are a little higher than other hardware stores ... if they were to adapt them to the competition, word of mouth would increase the clientele.
