★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre mesi fa entrai con la mia allora futura moglie alla Dolciaria Bergamasca consigliato da due amiche, inizialmente il nostro intento era dei semplici confetti senza dare peso e valore alla confettata. UN GRANDISSIMO ERRORE per fortuna abbiamo conosciuto la proprietaria, la signora Costanza, gentilissima dove mette la passione per il suo lavoro prima di tutto!! Ci ha aperto un mondo "LA CONFETTATA EMOZIONALE" una degustazione, un'evoluzione, un tripudio di gusto...per chi ama il buon vino è un esperienza simile, da prima un gusto in bocca, poi mordi un secondo gusto ed infine un retrogusto diverso, sempre tutto buonissimo. Il giorno del matrimonio i nostri ospiti sono rimasti estasiati, ho amici che ancora mi dicono "ma la confettata???". Che dire GRAZIE GRAZIE GRAZIE con tutto il cuore
Three months ago I went with my then future wife to Dolciaria Bergamasca recommended by two friends, initially our intent was simple sugared almonds without giving weight and value to the sugared almond. A BIG MISTAKE luckily we met the owner, Mrs. Costanza, very kind where she puts her passion for her work first of all !! "LA CONFETTATA EMOZIONALE" has opened a world for us: a tasting, an evolution, a riot of taste ... for those who love good wine it is a similar experience, first a taste in the mouth, then you bite into a second taste and finally a different aftertaste, always all very good. The day of the wedding our guests were delighted, I have friends who still tell me "but the candy ???". What about THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU with all my heart
