Abbiamo prenotato e pagato un'auto online ma al momento del ritiro il loro POS non leggeva la nostra unica c/credito e non hanno accettato nessuna delle altre prepagate che avevamo (cosa che invece altre agenzie fanno senza problemi). In conclusione non ci hanno consegnato l'auto già pagata e per il rimborso ci hanno detto di chiamare il servizio clienti in cui da giorni una voce risponde che tutti gli operatori sono impegnati e che richiameranno loro (senza chiedere di lasciare un numero a cui essere richiamati!).
Io reputavo Hertz una compagnia seria, invece siamo stati vittima di una truffa bella e buona! Sconsigliatissima!!
Bad service from all points of view! We booked and paid for a car online but at the time of collection their POS did not read our only credit card and they did not accept any of the other prepaid cards we had (which other agencies do without problems). In conclusion they did not deliver the car already paid for and for the refund they told us to call the customer service where for days a voice replied that all operators are busy and that they will call them back (without asking to leave a number to be called!).
I thought Hertz was a serious company, instead we were the victim of a good and good scam! Sconsigliatissima !!

Non è ammissibile che uffici noleggio auto in un AEROPORTO restino chiuso per 2 ore!!
Solo in Italia può succedere una cosa del genere, paese che dovrebbe VIVERE di TURISMO!
