★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggiore esperienza di noleggio mai avuta. Al ritiro mi hanno dato una macchina già con vari graffi intorno senza nessun avviso. Ho aspettato 15 minuti che si facesse vivo qualcuno per segnalare i danni. Mi è sfuggito un graffio sul cerchione, "lieve" anche da loro costatazione e mi hanno addebitato 150 euro, probabilmente sono l'n-esimo cliente che paga per questo danno lieve visto che non c'è uno storico della vettura. Sono stato il solito cliente pollo che ha segnalato solo le cose piuttosto evidenti.. fatevi le foto al ritiro se prendete l'auto e non avete le franchigie a zero. Come ciliegina sulla torta le 3 persone che ho incontrato sono state decisamente scortesi.
The worst rental experience ever. The withdrawal have already given me a car with several scratches around without warning. I waited 15 minutes that someone showed up to report the damage. I missed a scratch on the rim, "light" even from their findings and they charged me 150 euros, probably I'm the nth customer who pays for this slight damage since there is no car history. I was the usual chicken customer who only reported pretty obvious things .. take pictures of the withdrawal if you take the car and you don't have zero deductibles. As icing on the cake of the three people I met were very rude.
