★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa causa vacanza annullata per lutto familiare e rimborso ancora in alto mare. Assistenza quasi assente con richiesta di Documents e trasmessi in ritardo. Non a livello professionale.
Totally negative experience due to holiday canceled due to family mourning and reimbursement still on the high seas. Assistance almost absent with request for Documents and sent late. Not on a professional level.

For our honeymoon in Thailand we relied on Henry of Henry's travel agency.We were immediately greeted with extreme kindness and professionalism.Travel organized in every detail.The organized tour allowed us to visit the most beautiful and evocative places of Thailand, accompanied by trained and professional tour guides.Thanks to this excellent organization, we spent the honeymoon together with our unforgettable daughter.

Ci ha assecondato in ogni nostra richiesta, e ci ha supportati tantissimo vista la problematica covid che ci ha limitato un po le destinazioni disponibili.
Ora come da suo consiglio ci stiamo godendo il nostro bellissimo viaggio a karpathos!

He complied with our every request, and he supported us a lot given the covid problem that limited us a bit the available destinations.
Now as per his advice we are enjoying our beautiful trip to karpathos!
