Appartamento che ho visionato e sono il primo della lista nell'escalation dalla messa in vendita, domando quando posso fare la proposta e mi danno appuntamento per il giorno dopo alle ore 11 AM. Il giorno seguente li contatto prima dell'appuntamento e mi rispondono che hanno già accettato una proposta il giorno prima in giornata. Ma vi rendete conto della scorrettezza? Se dai un appuntamento lo rispetti, se salta l'appuntamento avverti, se fai fare una proposta ad un altro arrivato dopo di me il giorno prima siete semplicemente scorretti. L’agente, credo si chiamasse Gabriele, ha cercato di convincermi a fare la proposta senza clausola del mutuo, perché a loro dire avrebbe allungato i tempi. Per convincermi è stato anche proposto un appuntamento con loro broker che avrebbe dovuto rasserenarmi sul fatto che la banca mi avrebbe sicuramente dato il mutuo.
