La grossa differenza con altri marchi la fanno la competenza nella valutazione dell'immobile da vendere da parte di professionisti con molta esperienza che sono stati in grado di valorizzare il mio appartamento consentendomi di realizzare la cifra massima di mercato ed anche la rapidità della vendita. Ho avuto in precedenza contatti con vari franchising e sinceramente non ho mai trovato neppure lontanamente lo stesso livello di esperienza e professionalità. Si è seguiti con competenza, sicurezza e consigli giusti in ogni fase della vendita fino al rogito dalla Sig.ra Claudia. Quando metterò in vendita un altro appartamento, tornerò sicuramente da loro e li raccomanderò sempre ai miei amici. Mi sono trovato davvero bene! The Case & case Milano agency was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had sold with them. So I entrusted the sale of my apartment to Mrs. Claudia. The big difference with other brands is the competence in the evaluation of the property to be sold by professionals with a lot of experience who were able to enhance my apartment allowing me to achieve the maximum market figure and also the speed of the sale. Conosciuto la titolare, Sig.a Claudia Bidolli e l’Ing. Vitelli. Oggi è stato stipulato il Rogito. Impressionante la velocità della macchina che queste due persone hanno messo in movimento. Posso dire che hanno compiuto un capolavoro commerciale perché in tre mesi vendere un appartamento da 500 mila euro e acquistarne un altro da 800 mila non è un gioco da ragazzi. La signora Claudia e il signor Giancarlo, titolari dell’agenzia, sono dei professionisti assoluti e soprattutto delle persone oneste che partono dal rispetto e dalle esigenze del cliente. Scandagliano ogni aspetto per render la compravendita più tranquilla e sicura possibile, blindando veramente qualsiasi cosa. Se voleste comprare casa, potete affidarmi e dormire sonni tranquilli con questi signori che, oltre la professionalità, hanno dimostrato un livello di empatia elevatissimo.
