Le istruttrici sono qualificate, la struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima, così come anche le attrezzature. Luogo ideale per chi cerca un centro serio dove fare pilates e yoga. I have been attending this pilates studio for a few months and I highly recommend it. The instructors are qualified, the structure is brand new and very clean, as are the equipment. Ideal place for those looking for a serious center to do pilates and yoga.

Sono affetto da “pigrizia congenita” e raramente, negli anni, sono andato oltre la “lezione di prova” in tutte le simil-palestre frequentate… Grazie ad Erica, e ai suoi faticosissimi reformer dai toni rosa invece, sono mesi che non salto un appuntamento! Highly recommended! A magical place: great attention to customers, a family atmosphere, super clean, managed by welcoming and at the same time highly professional staff. I am suffering from "congenital laziness" and over the years have I rarely gone beyond the "test lesson" in all the gym-like I frequent ...
