I relied on Harmonia to train my little puppy, and already after the first meeting I understood their professionalism, reliability and preparation. We started this journey about 7 months ago and still today it continues bringing our pup to kindergarten, where she enjoys playing with other puppies, socializing and learning! We are very satisfied !!

Absolutely negative experience, starting from the strong smell that denoted poor cleaning and care of the common areas. The dogs are all put together in a yard and random objects are thrown at them without a specific method or interaction. After leaving him even one night he was returned to me the next day with a metal collar and with the news that he had practically peed on himself inside the kennel (never done such a thing in his entire life). In addition, as soon as he left he drank half an hour at the fountain (obviously little water in the bowl). In short, I dare not think how he spent the night, poor thing. Of course I never went back and I never will.

Rude the location is not quite as they describe it, today I went to ask for information and the rudeness with new customers is very bad out of place in this difficult time, an absolutely wrong approach I do not recommend this place only for the rudeness and the little desire to do this wonderful job !!! I had been following you on social media for years and I finally wanted to come and bring my dog ​​but the approach you had today was very bad, the young lady who flashed me with her hysterical look was rude !!!

A point of reference for the education and fun of our little Dyson. We took advantage of the dog hotel on an occasion when our little dog couldn't stay with us and we immediately appreciated the quality and professionalism of Harmonia Dog's services. First they wanted to get to know us and the dog, then they requested a period of insertion in which to observe his behavior and to accept only at the end his entry into the dog hotel: something that we really appreciated because it indicates care and attention to the well-being of the dog. At the first visit to the center we were struck by the cleanliness and the quiet, we thought there were no dogs at that time .. but instead they were there and they rested after having done activities with the educators and having let off steam ? The constant communication with the managers made us feel safe also thanks to videos of the day in which to check the carefree of the puppy. Under the advice of Aurora and Fabio we decided to do a 5-lesson course to work on the relationship with the dog. Results visible already after the first lesson and increasingly evident and incisive with the rest of the course. A tailor-made path, with many tips in addition to the different exercises. I sincerely thank Aurora and Fabio for the excellent work done, for their humility, passion and great competence. ?? I have noticed some negative reviews that I find absolutely inappropriate and unfair and I would like to add that I believe that anyone who goes to a center with educators must first of all be humble and listen to the advice of professionals, if they do not consider them valid, you are free to choose at your own expense. do differently. In any case, the most intelligent and alert people will be able to identify these rare negative manifestations and form their own idea by visiting the center in person. From the different experiences I have had, I can only say thanks to the services of Hamonia Dog, we can live in peace with our puppy because we have improved his relationships and because if we needed we would take him to the dog hotel without any doubt that he will be treated like home ❤️ .
