Il personale era stato avvertito delle sue difficoltà dovute all'età e ci siamo raccomandate alla loro professionalità ed esperienza. Purtroppo al ritiro la cagnolina ci è stata restituita sporca di fango ed escrementi, graffiata sul muso e zampe, tremante e disorientata....un mese prima era dovuta stare in un canile per 4 giorni e non aveva risentito in alcun modo del soggiorno. Noi speriamo si possa riprendere presto.. Our 15-year-old dog with mobility problems stayed two nights at the property. The staff had been advised of his age-related difficulties and we commended ourselves on their professionalism and experience. Unfortunately at the withdrawal the dog was returned to us dirty with mud and excrement, scratched on the face and paws, trembling and disoriented .... a month before she had to stay in a kennel for 4 days and had not suffered in any way from the stay. Avrebbe dovuto mangiare il suo cibo mentre loro se ne sono dimenticati. Inoltre per due settimane non gli è stato tolto il collare. Risultato: cane con forte diarrea (è intollerante alla carne) e dermatite su tutto il collo con croste. Sporco, spaventato e con gli occhi incrostati. Ho chiamato due volte e mi sono sentita dire che non avevano tempo da perdere, o peggio ancora che era pieno di gente!! Ma scusate non sto lasciando un sacco dell'immondizia presso la vostra pensione. Amerete i cani? Non so dirlo!! Di certo non porto il mio amore di cane da voi! Se trattate me così, figurarsi gli animali che soggiornano da voi. Dico PESSIME RISPOSTE A PERSONE SCONOSCIUTE PER GIUNTA.. Ripeto, non avete rispetto per il padrone, figuriamoci dei cani. Io penso che 2 anziani dovrebbero accontentarsi della pensione di vecchiaia perché non possono gestire una pensione per cani in quelle condizioni.
