Prezzi onestissimi e qualità negli ingredienti. Provati un panzerotto pomodoro-mozzarella e nduja (fritto al momento) e la pizza margherita alla pala (con + di 48 ore di lievitazione, difficile da trovare a Milano). Impasti leggeri e facilmente digeribili (utilizzata farina di tipo 1), il proprietario presta parecchia attenzione alla qualità dei prodotti messi in vendita, molto apprezzato questo aspetto! Ambiente ristretto, non ci sono tavoli ma due panche al muro con qualche sedia. Da provare, tornerò presto! Pleasant discovery in via padova 147. Try a panzerotto tomato-mozzarella and nduja (fried at the moment) and pizza margherita alla pala (with + 48 hours of leavening, difficult to find in Milan). Bravi a tutto lo staff. I don't think I'm exaggerating but in my humble opinion you will find yourself in front of one of the best pizza doughs alla pala in Milan, the products used denote particular attention to customers, the fresh Calabrian sausage, the schiacciata, the turnips all raw material from from Calabria. Si fuera por mí estaría comiéndolas todo el día todos los días. Nos pedimos una de salchicha con champiñones y otro día otra con solo salchicha (es muy parecida al chorizo) y puedo decir que me gustó más sin champiñones. Los taglios de pizza están tremendos. Los que llevan el local son las personas más maravillosas que he conocido, majisimos, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y muy buena educación. Sin duda cada vez que venga a Milán volveré a verles. We ordered one with sausage and mushrooms and another day with just sausage (it's very similar to chorizo) and I can say that I liked it better without mushrooms. The pizza taglios are tremendous. Those who run the place are the most wonderful people I've ever met, majestic, always with a smile on their face and very polite. Without a doubt every time I come to Milan I will see them again.
