Erano le 9.01 gli è stato detto che i terminali erano spenti e non potevano accettare le urine. Si è fatta quasi 4 km a piedi e ha problemi cardiaci . Capisco che fosse fuori orario di 1 minuto ma in questo momento difficile non c'è un minimo di comprensione. Che tristezza Yesterday my mom went to your office to leave some urine. Finalmente un medico che non ha fretta di sbolognare concludere. Un medico con cuore. Grazie. Il posto è accogliente e poca attesa, e il parcheggio fuori è ampio. Ottimi. Grazie. Yesterday I did an echocardiodoppler with Dr. Poluzzi, kind, precise and very careful in the diagnostic execution. Finally a doctor who is in no hurry to unravel to conclude. A doctor with a heart. S	Sara Masper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medici molto preparati e disponibili ma personale allo sportello non educato Mi sono recata ben 4 volte per prenotare onde d'urto per mia mamma...prescritte da fisiatra e con impegnativa del dottore...e non sono riuscita in quanto l'addetta sosteneva che non potevo prenotare il secondo.ciclo.senza aver finito il primo ...quando invece era stata la dottoressa a suggerire di portarsi avanti....la volta successiva mi è stato detto che non c'era più posto e che non erano disponibili i calendari.. Sempre dalla stessa addetta. Ma devo dare 2 stelle alla dottoressa Marinella oculistica per piano relazionale con i pazienti molto distaccata e poca comunicazione di informazione. Poluzzi sia stato gentilissimo quando mi sono recato per la visita di mia mamma, la mia stella va alla ragazza delle prenotazioni allo sportello… veramente scortese… gentilissima invece la signora delle accettazioni….
