Troppe persone in attesa, costretti a rimanere seduti sulla scala ostruendo il passaggio, spazi insufficienti, pochi addetti ai servizi pubblici, segnaletica interna insufficiente che contribuisce al disordine. Ho atteso oltre 2 ore allo sportello sbagliato, poi un'altra ora in quello giusto, ma non ho risolto niente. Con tutti i soldi che spendo in tasse, tutto ciò è VERGOGNOSO. Chaos badly managed. Too many people waiting, forced to remain seated on the staircase obstructing the passage, insufficient space, few public service employees, insufficient internal signage that contributes to the disorder. I waited over 2 hours at the wrong counter, then another hour in the right one, but I didn't solve anything. With all the money I spend on taxes, all this is SHAME.

Dopo quasi due ore di attesa arriva il mio turno e mi dicono che l'appartamento non si prenota lì ma a "Usmate" al ché mi lamento della gestione. La signora allo sportello mi dice che potevo chiedere anziché aspettare, peccato che ho chiesto e mi hanno mandato lì. Allora si difende dicendo che è normale sbagliare. potevo informarmi meglio. Voglio inoltre segnalare che allo sportello ASL per circa due ore lavorava solo uno sportello solo verso la chiusura è arrivata l'altra signora e ha cominciato a ricevere pure lei. È incredibile pensare che questo servizio lo pago con le mie tasse. EMBARRASSING. I waited half an hour for information. Then they sent me upstairs to book an appointment. Mi sono trovato molto bene, visita accurata, ti spiega bene cosa fare, in maniera semplice. Addirittura ti dice di telefonargli dopo la terapia in atto per dirgli come va. Consigliato sicuramente. Visita con il SSN pagando il ticket. Appointment for a visit to the otolaryngologist and audio metrics with Dr. Dallera.
