F	Francesca Benvenuti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sento di dissentire in merito alla recensione di qualche ora fa sulla scarsa cortesia del personale addetto al centralino, essendo i miei genitori in cura presso il centro, ho più volte avuto colloqui telefonici con il personale addetto e la mia esperienza è assolutamente positiva in quanto a disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia. I disagree with the review a few hours ago about the lack of courtesy of the switchboard staff, since my parents are being treated at the center, I have had telephone interviews with the staff several times and my experience is absolutely positive as to availability, kindness and courtesy.

Al cliente bisogna trovare la soluzione se si vuole offrire un servizio e non liquidarlo con un semplice “Lei non risponde al telefono “ . Magari anche il sottoscritto lavora ed è impossibilitato in quel momento l’educazione la prima cosa. Chiedere è lecito , ma rispondere è cortesia!!!! Personalmente abbiamo sempre riscontrato efficienza, educazione e cortesia e quando ci capita un nuovo appuntamento per un controllo siamo contenti per l'accoglienza e soprattutto per la soluzione ai nostri problemi. Visita medica accurata e tranquillizzante, medici amici che creano condizioni di agio e serenità.
