Io normalmente compro nel negozio di Roma, ma visto che ero a Milano in periodo di saldi, ne ho approfittato per comperare un paio di stivaletti ed un paio di scarpe con lo sconto del 40%. Women's shoe shop with considerable assortment and shoes of all prices. I normally buy in the Rome store, but since I was in Milan during the sales period, I took the opportunity to buy a pair of ankle boots and a pair of shoes with a discount of 40%.

Buona qualità, scelta varia, anche se in periodo di saldi le misure disponibili scarseggiano. Molto gentili, e gran lavoratrici, le commesse. Se posso permettermi un suggerimento, abbasserei un po' i riscaldamenti rendendo la temperatura un po' più bassa. Shop with a large store on Corso Vercelli and an additional one inside the Corso Vercelli gallery. Good quality, varied choice, although the available sizes are scarce during the sales period. Very kind, and hardworking, the orders. If I can afford a tip, I would lower the heaters a bit making the temperature a little lower.

Scarpe nuove di zecca - acquistate una settimana prima - mai messe e poi … la sorpresa. Le metto e si rompono, sembrano vecchie di 10 anni...vado in negozio (il Team è favoloso!!) non me le cambiano (!! !!) devono sentire il titolare… sono trascorsi 10 giorni. AH! Non vivendo a Milano ho dovuto lasciare le scarpe e comprarmene un altro paio! Pessima policy ottimo ottimo lo staff. Ma non credo ci ritornerò. What a nasty surprise !! I've always had a good time with Guja until the problem happened. Brand new shoes - bought a week before - never put on and then ... the surprise. I put them on and they break, they look 10 years old ... I go to the store (the Team is fabulous !!) they don't change them (!! !!) they must feel the owner ... 10 days have passed. AH! Not living in Milan I had to leave my shoes and buy another pair! Very bad policy very good staff. But I don't think I'll come back.

Ho acquistato un paio di mocassini del valore di 110 euro. La prima e unica volta che li ho calzati mi sono accorta di un difetto di fabbricazione. Ho chiamato il negozio e mi è stato detto di passare per ritirare un altro paio (la commessa si è assicurata che fosse disponibile il mio numero). Quando sono andata al negozio il commesso si è rifiutato di fare il cambio, perché avevo usato le scarpe. Ho tentato invano di fare valere le mie solide ragioni. Le scarpe col difetto sono state trattenute, per essere riadattate dall’azienda produttrice. Dopo varie peripezie sono venuta in possesso delle scarpe dopo un mese dall’acquisto. Il mio denaro, però, lo hanno incassato subito e non presentava difetti di fabbrica. Complimenti vivissimi al commesso per avere così pervicacemente perseguito l'obiettivo di perdere una cliente! Pienamente raggiunto. From Guja, a shop in Corso Vercelli in Milan, I will never set foot again after the bad experience. I bought a pair of moccasins worth 110 euros. The first and only time I put them on I noticed a manufacturing defect. I called the store and was told to come by to pick up another pair (the order made sure my number was available). When I went to the store the clerk refused to make the change, because I had used the shoes. I tried in vain to assert my solid reasons. Shoes with defect have been retained, to be readjusted by the manufacturer. After various vicissitudes I came into possession of the shoes one month after the purchase. My money, however, cashed in right away and showed no manufacturing defects. Congratulations to the salesman for having so persistently pursued the goal of losing a customer! Fully achieved.
P	Paola Manganotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stivaletti pagati 120euro e dopo 3 volte che li uso si rompe la zip (25euro per sostituirla). Assurdo che a questi prezzi si vendano scarpe di scarsa qualità. A questo punto le prendo da Zara che almeno 3-4 anni durano Boots paid 120euro and after 3 times I use them the zip breaks (25euro to replace it). It is absurd that poor quality shoes are sold at these prices. At this point I take them from Zara which last at least 3-4 years

Richiamo per chiedere conferma e mi dicono che sono dentro al Coin di fronte. Benissimo. Il Coin era chiuso allora aspetto un'oretta che riapra. Entro al Coin e di Guja manco l'ombra. Io mi chiedo perché la gente lavori con i piedi e non si impegni per dare le informazioni giuste ai clienti. Le scarpe molto belle sì. Ma in vetrina però. I called to ask if the shop was open and they said yes. I get to the front and it was closed. I call back to ask for confirmation and they tell me that I am inside the Coin opposite. Very well. The Coin was closed then I wait an hour for it to reopen. I enter the Coin and I miss the shadow of Guja. I wonder why people work with their feet and don't try to give the right information to customers. Very nice shoes yes. But in the window though.

É impossibile uscire a mani vuote da questo paradiso! Il negozio è molto grande e ha davvero di tutto, per tutti i gusti. Hanno anche una selezione di abbigliamento ma non l’ho mai provata. The best shoe shop in Milan! A wide variety of women's shoes of all kinds. From heels to sneakers to boots to sandals. It is impossible to leave this paradise empty-handed! The shop is very large and really has everything for everyone. They also have a selection of clothing but I've never tried it.
