★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo customer service: ho portato in riparazione per un urto un anello, perfettamente a misura, comprato da loro a Settembre 2018 e dopo aver pagato 50 euro l'anello calzava largo rispetto a prima, chiedo di metterlo a misura e al ritiro hanno chiesto a mia moglie altri 20 euro, dicendo che loro l'anello non lo avevano allargato.
Very bad customer service: I repaired a ring, perfectly tailored, bought by them in September 2018 and after paying 50 euros the ring wore large than before, I asked to put it to size and at the withdrawal they asked my wife another 20 euros, saying that the ring had not enlarged it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando davanti alla vetrina vedo un bell’anello e, negozio vuoto, decido di entrare a chiedere il prezzo che in vetrina non è visibile.
Sono in due e alla domanda sul prezzo, rispondono chiedendo loro a me quale sia il mio budget. Io rispondo che vorrei solo sapere il prezzo. Allora mi spiegano che per saperlo devo richiedere un appuntamento. Essendo il negozio vuoto, chiedo se possono dirmelo subito. Rispondono di no.
Chiedo allora se il motivo è che devono chiederlo ad altri. Mi rispondono di no, che lo sanno il prezzo, ma che io per saperlo devo prendere un appuntamento separato.
Chiedo perché….e mi richiedono che budget ho.
Dicono che devono “spiegarmelo” annuendo quindi al fatto che io non sappia bene cosa cerco….
Alla fine decido di non comperare niente e uscire

Si sono fatti un favore convincendomi a scrivere questa recensione anziché comperare un anello (che era bello ed ero veramente interessato a comperare)?
Passing in front of the window, I see a beautiful ring and, the shop is empty, I decide to go in and ask for the price that is not visible in the window.
There are two of them and when asked about the price, they respond by asking me what my budget is. I reply that I would just like to know the price. Then they explain to me that to find out I have to request an appointment. As the shop is empty, I ask if they can tell me right away. They say no.
So I ask if the reason is that they have to ask others. They say no, that they know the price, but that I have to make a separate appointment to find out.
I ask why ... and they ask me what budget I have.
They say they have to "explain it to me" and then nod to the fact that I don't really know what I'm looking for….
In the end I decide not to buy anything and go out
What can I say, what service is this?
Did they give me a service?
Did they do themselves a favor by convincing me to write this review instead of buying a ring (which was cool and I was really interested in buying)?
