The saleswoman sold me cotton socks instead of cashmere ones, making me pay for them as such. Unfortunately, I only realized it when I was wearing them and I couldn't change them anymore.

Rude and hasty. I asked for a quick gift box and they told me to make it myself, putting the box in the bag. The boy, young and dark, was really rude.
