★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivolgono scarsissima attenzione ai reclami dei clienti.Sono andata in negozio per segnalare un difetto di un reggiseno acquistato a prezzo pieno (circa 50 €). Peccato che erano trascorsi 2 mesi e io non lo avevo indossato prima per capire che aveva problemi di cuciture che rendevano impossibile indossarlo. Di fatto, non è stato riconosciuto il problema e mi è stato riferito che non potevano farci nulla. Mi attivero' personalmente per un controllo di qualità, per il quale, con un po' di collaborazione, avrebbero potuto pensare i gestori del punto vendita di corso Buenos Aires dove ho acquistato l'articolo. Mi sarei aspettata più attenzione verso il cliente, visto che la Triumph è un marchio di qualità. Probabilmente, dovrò ricredermi. Peccato!
They pay very little attention to customer complaints - I went to the store to report a defect in a bra bought at full price (around € 50). Too bad it had been 2 months and I hadn't worn it before to understand that it had stitching problems that made it impossible to wear it. In fact, the problem was not recognized and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I will personally take action for a quality control, for which, with a little collaboration, the managers of the store in Corso Buenos Aires where I bought the item could have thought. I would have expected more customer focus, as Triumph is a quality brand. I'll probably have to change my mind. Pity!
