Estremamente gentile, simpatica e piacevolmente allegra la persona che mi ha accolto e guidato nell'acquisto... È ormai raro trovare chi sa regalare un sorriso ed un po' di simpatia e quando capita hai acquistato molto più di un paio di scarpe... I bought a pair of Blundstones for myself and a pair for my son this morning. Extremely kind, nice and pleasantly cheerful the person who welcomed me and guided me in the purchase ... It is now rare to find someone who knows how to give a smile and a little sympathy and when it happens you have bought much more than a pair of shoes .. .

L	Laura Gastaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo giorno di saldi coda fuori dal negozio non metto in dubbio che sia stata una giornata stressante o che la cassa deve essere chiusa x l'orario di chiusura del negjzio, 19:15...Ma alle 19:10 fanno entrare la signora prima di me in coda e io sono l'ultima nella coda... non mi è stato neanche dato modo di entrare dicendomi di tornare il giorno dopo e una non so se commessa o responsabile mi dice Io vado a casa alle 10 stasera.. ma loro che ne sanno io cosa faccio nella vita??? Magari si possono organizzare meglio e avvisare un certo punto che si, facciamo entrare fino alle 19 ... La scatola leggermente danneggiata ma le scarpe perfette. ho acquistato un paio di infradito marca BUENO, bellissime, comode, morbide. consigliatissimo! I ordered a pair of shoes from them online. the site is simple and intuitive, easy to navigate. they arrived in two days. The box is slightly damaged but the shoes are perfect. I bought a pair of BUENO brand flip flops, beautiful, comfortable, soft. highly recommended!

P	Paolo Cii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Mia moglie ha acquistato un paio di sandali lo scorso anno in saldo. Dopo averli indossati due sole volte quest'estate, si è accorta che quella che pensava fosse pelle si è tagliata in più punti. Si è quindi recata in negozio per segnalare il problema e le è stato detto che non si tratta di pelle ma di ecopelle (insomma, plastica) e che, essendo passato un anno dall'acquisto, non possono reclamare col fornitore. Ha chiesto se era almeno possibile avere un buono acquisto ma la sua richiesta non è stata accolta. Tre osservazioni: mai avrebbe immaginato che un negozio di calzature storico come Walter vendesse calzature di plastica (che alla vista sembravano assolutamente di pelle). L'osservazione che la scarpa, visibilmente indossata pochissimo in quanto il tacco era pressochè integro, si sia potuta rovinare "a causa del calore" mi è sembrata del tutto fuori luogo, trattandosi di un sandalo che notoriamente non si indossa a Gennaio. Da ultimo, l'averla congedata con un semplice "mi dispiace" mi è sembrato davvero poco serio. Avrei gradito che le fossero venuti incontro anche solo offrendole uno sconto sul prossimo acquisto. Direi che possono salutarsi qui. Mia moglie potrà acquistare le scarpe di plastica al mercato a un quinto del prezzo che ha pagato in questo negozio. Bad experience. My wife bought a pair of sandals last year on sale. After wearing them only two times this summer, she noticed that what she thought was leather has been cut in several places. She then went to the shop to report the problem and was told that it is not leather but faux leather (in short, plastic) and that, having been a year after purchase, they cannot complain with the supplier. He asked if it was at least possible to have a voucher but his request was not accepted. Three observations: he would never have imagined that a historic shoe shop like Walter would sell plastic shoes (which looked absolutely leather to the eye). The observation that the shoe, visibly worn very little as the heel was almost intact, could have been ruined "due to the heat" seemed completely out of place, since it is a sandal that is notoriously not worn in January. Finally, having dismissed her with a simple "I'm sorry" seemed to me really not very serious. I would have liked if they had come to meet her even just by offering her a discount on her next purchase. I would say they can say goodbye here. My wife will be able to buy plastic shoes at the market for one-fifth of the price she paid in this shop.
