★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir im Urlaub hier ein Paar Schuhe gekauft und erst zu Hause festgestellt, dass man mir 2 rechte Schuhe eingepackt hatte. Also eine email geschrieben, und der Schuh wurde tatsächlich über den Postweg ausgetauscht. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Super Service und vielen Dank?
I bought a pair of shoes here on holiday and only found out at home that I had 2 right-hand shoes packed. So an email was written, and the shoe was actually exchanged over the post. I did not expect that. Great service and thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le scarpe non sono ottime e i prezzi non sono alti ma nemmeno giusti per la qualità offerta. Le commesse di Corso Vercelli sono gentili peccato però che nel negozio di Corso Buenos Aires mi hanno dato la scarpa sinistra di un modello leggermente diverso dalla scarpa destra. Può succedere ma per loro il cliente non ha ragione. Il seguito è stato molto spiacevole. Sicuramente non ci ritornerò. Per me sconsigliato!
The shoes are not great and the prices are not high but not even right for the quality offered. The orders of Corso Vercelli are a shame, however, that in the Corso Buenos Aires store they gave me the left shoe of a slightly different model from the right shoe. It can happen but for them the customer is not right. The following was very unpleasant. I will certainly not be returning. For me not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le scarpe come outlook e design mi sono sembrate promettenti e le commesse alla vendita sono state gentilissime. Ho cosi' comprato un paio di scarpe a 99 euro e dopo 10 giorni sono scivolata e il tacco si e' staccato e la suola spezzata in due..... mai visto una cosa del genere. Ho riportato le scarpe a far visionare ... dopo alcuni giorni mi e' stato detto non e' dovuto a difetti di produzione. La commessa e' stata gentile anche al telefono..... ma la qualità' della scarpa non e' stata all' altezza e non credo che comprerò' altre cose da questo brand. Appena ritiro le scarpe mettere' le foto per far vedere la suole come e' fatta: cartone...

So I bought a pair of shoes for 99 euros and after 10 days I slipped and the heel came off and the sole split in two ..... never seen such a thing. I reported the shoes to be seen ... after a few days I was told it was not due to manufacturing defects. The saleswoman was also kind on the phone ..... but the quality of the shoe was not up to it and I don't think I will buy anything else from this brand. Just pick up the shoes put the photos to show the soles as it is made: cardboard ...

È riuscita a trovare un paio di sandali che cercavo da tempo!! Li avevo visti online ma non erano più presenti sul sito in quanto erano della collezione passata. È riuscita a trovarli senza il codice calzatura, solo attraverso la mia descrizione, li ha ordinati e fatti arrivare in negozio, il tutto telefonicamente.

She managed to find a pair of sandals I had been looking for for a long time !! I had seen them online but they were no longer present on the site as they were from the past collection. She managed to find them without the shoe code, only through my description, ordered them and sent them to the store, all by telephone.
