★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I paid a visit to Gucci de Napoli and made a purchase of a purse and a belt by the salesman named Emanuele, a very kind boy treated me very well, he was very polite and patient. Note 10 for the attendance of Emanuele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customers service! The worst I've ever experienced. I wanted to treat myself and buy a new wallet (450 euros!!). So I came to the store, and...i was not let inside the store. Two more girls before me were also told that the store in too crowded and they had do wait outside. When I tried to enter the store, the person who opens the door told me to wait outside because there were too many people inside the store. The group of 6 peole who came after me was told the same. There were 5 people inside the store!!! FIVE!!! I've shoped in Milan, Rome and I live in New York where TOO MANY people inside of the store all the time, and I never expericed this kind of treatment - to wait outside. I guess I will take my money elsewhere, where I don't have to wait to be let in. I find it unacceptable to treat customers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great items of course but the shopping experience is very bad. In fact better in Aldi if you needed a pair of wellies!
Had to wait outside and be invited in. When inside no customer assistance and rude customers. ( probably because they had to wait outside for 30 mins too!) Given the brand you really do expect more. Come on Gucci.
I guess they live in fear of too many in-store and items being stolen.
Ended up making our purchase in Capri..... wonderful service. We were listened to and given some great help. Left feeling valued and our purchase appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I was in Naples for a few hours and popped in to buy a belt before heading to Amalfi. Walked into the store and asked where the belts were. Was basically ignored and turned away. Found them myself, but looked over, and the gentleman who I asked brought a couple over to the belt section who came in to the store after me. Don’t shop here unless you absolutely must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to other revirews, the service is sketchy. I visited with my wife and had, what I would say was the manager, shadow us about the store pretending to be on his phone. We eventually asked him for assistance, and he served us, but you could tell he wanted to be elsewhere. Once we selected a bag to buy, he passed us off to another salesperson and darted over to some elderly customers that he seemed to know for a chat. If you are buying as a tourist, beware the local bag snatchers, best to put your purchase in another bag.
