Premetto che cercavo un determinato vestito di Elisabetta Franchi che non avevo trovato in un altro negozio, sono arrivata ed ho chiesto informazioni ad una ragazza che lavora lì, è stata gentilissima ed alla mia richiesta di voler provare quell'abito mi ha fatta attendere mentre è andata a prendermi l'ultimo rimasto in magazzino, nel frattempo è arrivata una signora che ha fatto la mia stessa richiesta e quando la commessa è ritornata con il vestito una signora (forse capo reparto) gliel'ha praticamente tirato dalle mani e, non curante del fatto che fosse stato preso per me e che io stessi aspettando per provarlo, l'ha dato all'altra signora. Probabilmente la signora in questione credeva che io volessi solo perder tempo ma questo non l'autorizza a trattare una cliente così, detto ciò uscita dal vostro negozio sono andata alla ricerca di un altro rivenditore di Elisabetta Franchi e ho comprato il vestito che cercavo. Vi consiglio di trattare meglio le ragazze che vengono da voi perché questo comportamento poco rispettoso mi ha lasciata a dir poco allibita. I was in this shop for the first time today. C	Concetta Cucciniello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio la prima volta nel 2018 per comprare un vestito a mia figlia con un seno abbondante e con qualche chiletto in più una commessa bravissima ha fatto di tutto per trovare un vestito adatto a lei e ci è riuscita alla grande. Ritornata in questi giorni per comprare un vestito a l’altra figlia la commessa ha tirato fuori 2 vestiti non di più tra l’altro gliene ha fatto misurare solo uno perché l’altro non aveva la taglia ci sta però non ha chiesto per quando le serviva non ha detto ritornate che ordiniamo altre taglie niente non aveva voglia di vendere poi dicono che non si vende. Io penso che per sapere stare in un negozio di questa portata devono imparare a essere disponibili e cortesi con tutti. Dopo aver atteso per oltre mezz'ora in fila per entrare nel negozio, mia figlia prova appena tre abiti, che non la valorizzano né per modello né per colore, e finalmente fanno entrare anche me, chiedo se c'è un abito che ho visto dal sito, ma poco garbatamente ci fanno allontanare dal camerino dicendo che siamo in troppi...io, mia figlia e la commessa.... mi spiace che hanno perso una cliente non solo di oggi ma anche per il futuro.
