Ho avuto regalato un maglione a collo alto uguale a tutti gli altri che ho, sono tutti della stessa taglia, questo però aveva un difetto al collo e vestiva molto più grande della taglia riportata. Sono tornato a Negozio per chiedere di segnalarlo alla produzione e farmelo cambiare con uno identico della stessa taglia. Dopo due mesi in cui non mi è stato fatto sapere nulla sono passato dal negozio, avevano la faccia di chi si era dimenticato e non aveva per nulla segnalato alla azienda il mio problema. Mi hanno restituito il maglione dicendomi "abbiamo analizzato ed è stato lei a sciuparlo", così lavandosene le mani. Basta davvero poco così per perdere un cliente. I have been a Falconeri customer for years. I had given a high-necked sweater equal to all the others I have, they are all of the same size, but this one had a defect in the neck and it was much larger than the size shown. I went back to the shop to ask to report it to the production and have it changed with an identical one of the same size. After two months in which I was not told anything, I went to the shop, they had the faces of those who had forgotten and had not reported my problem to the company at all. They returned the sweater saying "we analyzed and she was the one to spoil it", so wash your hands. It takes very little to lose a customer.

Good value for money if you are looking for fresh cotton cashmere silk. They gave me a 30 euro voucher for my birthday! ?

Per tre volte consecutive due maglioni acquistati a circa 200 euro si sono bucati dopo averli indossati appena due volte. La prima volta la commessa del negozio sito al Vomero mi ha sostituito il capo, presso questo negozio non hanno provveduto neppure alla sostituzione. Il maglione è stato inviato in azienda ed oggi mi hanno avvisato ( DOPO UN MESE DI ATTESA) che non è possibile sostituirlo. Personalmente non acquisterò mai più da voi. Maglioni acquistati da ZARA a 30 euro valgono di più. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE! The staff is very nice, the quality / price ratio is BAD. For three consecutive times, two sweaters bought for around 200 euros got punctured after wearing them just twice. The first time the shop assistant at the Vomero site replaced my garment, at this shop they did not even replace it. The sweater was sent to the company and today they warned me (AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING) that it cannot be replaced. Personally, I will never buy from you again. Sweaters bought from ZARA for 30 euros are worth more. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND!
