Chiamo per una casa in vendita presso Capodimonte, risponde un uomo (presumibilmente il titolare) e mi viene detto che sarò ricontattato a breve per fissare un appuntamento. Dopo circa una settimana non ricevo nessun ricontatto e decido di chiamare nuovamente. La seconda volta parlo con una donna e mi viene dato appuntamento dopo circa 7 giorni per la data di venerdì 17 settembre, dopo aver atteso 6 giorni vengo ricontattato un giorno prima dall’incontro e mi viene detto che il titolare dell’agenzia è fuori Napoli e che quindi non potrò vedere la casa. Mi viene dato un nuovo appuntamento per il giovedì della settimana seguente. Due giorni prima dall’incontro vengo ricontattato e mi viene detto che il proprietario della casa ha avuto una proposta diretta da suoi conoscenti e che quindi non potrò vedere la casa. Morale della favola ho perso solo tempo , le agenzie serie solitamente da contratto vietano al proprietario di contrattare privatamente fino a scadenza del mandato. Se dovessi trovare altri annunci di questa agenzia ci staro’ alla larga Worst real estate agency I've ever dealt with. I call for a house for sale near Capodimonte, a man answers (presumably the owner) and I am told that I will be contacted shortly to make an appointment. After about a week I do not receive any recontact and I decide to call again. The second time I speak with a woman and I am given an appointment after about 7 days for the date of Friday 17 September, after waiting 6 days I am contacted a day before the meeting and I am told that the owner of the agency is outside Naples and that therefore I will not be able to see the house. I am given a new appointment for the Thursday of the following week. Two days before the meeting, I am contacted again and I am told that the owner of the house had a direct proposal from his acquaintances and that therefore I will not be able to see the house. Moral of the story I only wasted time, serious agencies usually by contract forbid the owner to negotiate privately until the term of office expires. If I find other ads from this agency, I'll stay away
