M	Matteo Migani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ragazzo scorbutico e scortese al telefono. Premetto che è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere da questa guardia medica. Ho effettuato più chiamate anche in settimana ed erano tutti gentili e disponibili. Spiego cosa è successo. Settimana scorsa ho fatto tampone molecolare risultato positivo e inizio quarantena il 25/01/2022 con provvedimento di fine quarantena il 31/01/2022. Oggi pomeriggio fatto tampone in farmacia a San mauro mare, in quanto sempre territorio dell'Emilia Romagna. Risultato negativo, unico problema che io siccome non ho qui residenza e ne medico di base dovevo contattare la guardia medica per prenotare un tampone molecolare da fare domani. Risposta dal ragazzo al telefono?! Che lo faccio perdere tempo!! Oltretutto da provvedimento il tampone non dovevo pagarlo e invece me lo hanno fatto pagare, con scusante che io non ho qui la residenza. Ora come devo comportarmi? Avevo chiamato semplicemente per avere aiuto e prenotare un tampone da fare. Oltretutto mi ha anche attaccato il telefono in faccia. Mi piacerebbe molto parlare con il responsabile Pessimo service, scorbutic boy and rude to the phone. I state that it is the first time that such a thing happens to me from this medical guard. I made more calls even in the week and they were all kind and helpful. I explain what happened. Last week I made molecular buffer positive result and starting quarantine on 01/01/2022 with a focused provision on 01/31/2022. This afternoon made buffer in the pharmacy in San Mauro Mare, as always the territory of Emilia Romagna. Negative result, the only problem that I do not have here residence and the basic doctor had to contact the medical guard to book a molecular buffer to do tomorrow. Response from the boy to the phone?! I will waste time !! Moreover, the pad should not be paid by provision and instead they charged me, with apologizing that I do not have the residence here.
