★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatori molto efficienti la pecca in accettazione una semibiondina scorbutica quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, poco gentile sarà pure esperta nel settore ma con quel carattere perde tutta la professionalità. Sono stato costretto a firmare con la mano ancora fratturata ma pensa un po.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A volte un po' carenti dipende da chi lavora lì c'è gente brava che merita lode e gente che va rimossa perché non all'altezza del suo lavoro. Potrò esprimere una valutazione più dettagliata fra pochi giorni che ho la seconda visita e saprò anche farmi sentire con quello che si paga e il trattamento che si riceve. La prima visita sono stato soddisfatto del dottore ma se ai bisogno in momenti critici diventa difficile avere un consulto con il medico come è già capitato e mi chiedo che senso continuare. DECIDERÒ FRA POCO ALLA SECONDA VISITA SE CAMBIARE MEDICO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulle visite private ci si aspetta una programmazione ed organizzazione che risponde a criteri di efficienza. Su alcune prestazioni invece si rimane in lista di attesa, senza nemmeno una data presunta di erogazione del servizio. Aspettative totalmente disattese su un centro con grandi potenzialità, in una città e regione in cui il pubblico lascia sempre più a desiderare.
On private visits, a planning and organization that meets efficiency criteria is expected. On some services, on the other hand, you remain on the waiting list, without even a presumed date of delivery of the service. Expectations totally unfulfilled on a center with great potential, in a city and region where the public leaves more and more to be desired.

Neanche la premura di contattare telefonicamente per avvisare.

Spendete i soldi per un ristorante almeno uscirete a pancia piena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 minuti di ritardo e nemmeno una mezza frase di scuse "il dottore è arrivato adesso".
I pazienti di un centro medico privato sono clienti a tutti gli effetti che pagano un servizio e meriterebbero efficienza (per non parlare del fatto che chi lavora prende permessi)

all' arrivederci della receptionist ,all'uscita , ho detto A MAI PIù VORRA' DIRE !!! zero e porto zero , MAI PIu'.

e umanità inesistente.Dopo aver prenotato una visita per mia madre allettata con uno specialista per un posto liberatosi in giornata, chiamo il servizio ambulanza e organizzo il "trasporto" , richiamo la segreteria x ulteriore conferma e mi dicono: nel frattempo (7/10minuti intercorsi tra una telefonata e l'altra) qualcunaltro ha prenotato quel posto libero ci dispiace. Mio malgrado ho dovuto disdire anche il "trasporto" in ambulanza. Fate pena buona vita a tutti voi
