★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora oggi per accedere, appuntamento, tanta fila all'esterno, gli anziani e le persone che deambulano con difficoltà, ringraziano. Dalla dichiarazione di emergenza pandemica ad oggi non hanno voluto trovare una soluzione per dare sollievo agli anziani soprattutto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato per anni in questo luogo come fisioterapista. Personale competente, responsabile, cordiale. Ottimi dirigenti. Ancora oggi la qualità delle prestazioni è di notevole qualità. L'ambiente piccolo rispetto all'odpedale permette una famigliarità fra colleghi e con i clienti-pazienti che va a tutto vantaggio della qualità delle prestazioni erogate. Cordialità e attenzione che non è venuta meno neanche in questo tempo di Covid-19.
I have worked in this place for years as a physiotherapist. Competent, responsible, friendly staff. Excellent executives. Even today the quality of the performances is of remarkable quality. The small environment compared to the hospital allows a familiarity between colleagues and with customers-patients which is to the full advantage of the quality of services provided. Friendliness and attention that has not failed even in this time of Covid-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente irraggiungibile per i portatori di handicap sia di persona che telefonicamente. Nessuna traccia del l'efficienza e organizzazione degli anni passati( parlo degli uffici e non dei servizi medici e paramedici) tutta colpa del COVID? Lo spero, ma non ne sono convinta.
Virtually unreachable for the handicapped either in person or by telephone. No trace of the efficiency and organization of the past years (I'm talking about the offices and not the medical and paramedical services) all the fault of COVID? I hope so, but I'm not convinced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An cui da 40 min ho sbagliato il ticket invece di l ho preso p nn sapevo e mi dispiace la signora a lo sportello 4 mi ha trattato malissimo e mi ha fatto prendere un altro biglietto per un altra mezz'ora di attesa lo chiesto scusa niente nn e il fatto di aspettare ma ce un modo di rispondere civilmente ho preferito stare in silenzio va bene .PS le altri personale sn molto gentile ho sempre avuto un bel servizio da tutti buona giornata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right now with the whole pandemic stuff its a bit hard, you have to wait in a long line. I went at 7:30AM when they open and didn't wait in line at all.
Anyways I did my *Tessera Sanitaria* with Erika, she is the best worker, she is really nice and will help you. I wish her happiness and all the best in life.
