R	Raffaele Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non condivido l esperienza perché 'non ho nessuno a me vicino che e' sto nella struttura ma e' evidente che la scelta dell autisolamento totale adottata e' frutto di un illuminazione. Che Dio vi benedica! N	Novella Spighi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa protetta il personale :oss infermiere pulizia niente da dire bravi umani e ambiente pulito curato.I degenti tenuti bene,manca un po di animazione un cercare di coinvolgerli.Sono in fila nel salone quando li alzano dal letto, poi lasciati li tra loro e molti nn parlano ogni tanto qualche operatore passa x dargli da bere,fino all'ora del pranzo o cena.Gli operatori sono sempre indaffaratissimi e nn possono perdere tempo x cercare di coinvolgerli forse mancanza di personale?Manca proprio gente che si occupa di farli divertire o coinvorgerli in qualche maniera.Un altra cosa che proprio ora manca visto periodo di "covid" visto che le visite sono solo una volta a settimana,e se una famiglia si è piu di un fratello ci va uno solo;quando si prova a far videochiamate nn si riescono a fare perche l'ai-pad nn funziona .Bisogna ringraziare solo gli inservienti che mettono il loro telefono personale x poter videochiamare e sempre che riescano con tutto il lavoro che anno. Personale d'assistenza e infiermeristico molto disponibile. Posso dire che oggi oltre al bagno le hanno fatto anche la piega con i bigodini! My mother Gabrielli Maria 3 years ago was admitted to another facility for a month. Well the Maccolini Institute is to be considered a GRAND HOTEL. Helpful and infirmary staff very helpful. I can say that today, in addition to the bathroom, they also folded it with curlers!

In alternativa c'è una suora sorda che non sfigurerebbe tra gli ospiti della struttura. Il direttore è un bugiardo, mi ha telefonato dicendo che mia madre aveva un piede gonfio e che la avrebbero inviata a fare controlli, per poi scoprire che mia madre era caduta durante gli spostamenti in struttura e che aveva tutti e due i femori fratturati. Senza l'ombra di un piede gonfio. La struttura è chiusa al pubblico da Natale 2021 e ad oggi non ci dicono quando possiamo rivedere i nostri cari. Inaccettabile. Le oss sono professionali e gli infermieri pure, ma dopotutto quello è il minimo. Tutto il resto è una struttura obsoleta.
