★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo poliambulatorio! È la seconda esperienza negativa che ho, e altre persone che conosco ne hanno avute a loro volta. Il dott Bruno Balbi, poi, è veramente un medico sgarbato, al limite della maleducazione! Quindi, per quanto mi riguarda, mai più al Columbus!!
 Bad outpatient clinic! It is the second negative experience I have, and other people I know have had it as well. Dr. Bruno Balbi, then, is truly a rude doctor, bordering on rudeness! So as far as I'm concerned, never again at Columbus !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio riferimento ad una ecografia alla tiroide eseguita dal dott. Bruno Balbi, un medico a dir poco maleducato ed arrogante, assolutamente inadeguato per svolgere la propria professione. Sono stata trattata malissimo e penso che un medico con un carattere così scorbutico non dovrebbe esercitare più.
I refer to a thyroid ultrasound performed by Dr. Bruno Balbi, a doctor to say the least rude and arrogant, absolutely inadequate to carry out his profession. I was treated terribly and I think a doctor with such a grumpy temper shouldn't exercise anymore.

Only for experts and with great self-control, a challenge for those who love challenges. It seems that most of the Doctors of Columbus lack amiability and indulgence, everything is truly amazing and out of any principle. Thank you for existing, so we glorify and appreciate all the other Medical Centers. Good luck but far be it from Me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo poliambulatorio! Visita per allergie ridicola. Addirittura il medico mi ha dato un foglio dicendomi leggi quello che ti ho fatto! Se c'è qualcosa che non capisci me lo chiedi. Non aggiungo altro
Bad outpatient clinic! Ridiculous allergy visit. Even the doctor gave me a sheet telling me read what I did to you! If there is something you don't understand, ask me. I do not add anything else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita dermatologica, prenotata da un anno, ma purtroppo non ho potuto fare tutto ciò per cui avevo prenotato e nemmeno si sono scusati (per mancanza di un macchinario in certi giorni dicono!). Ho dovuto pagare comunque la visita intera di ben 182€ per 5-10 minuti, quando la colpa era la loro e non ho risolto quasi nulla. Adesso dovrò andare da un altro dermatologo e spendere ulteriori soldi. Il dottore è poco professionale: vuole far ritornare le persone per forza, così si paga un’ulteriore visita/e. Le segretarie sono poco preparate e non si sanno spiegare. A mai più!
I had a dermatological examination, booked for a year, but unfortunately I could not do everything I had booked for and they did not even apologize (for lack of a machine on certain days they say!). I still had to pay the whole visit of 182 € for 5-10 minutes, when the fault was theirs and I have not solved almost anything. Now I will have to go to another dermatologist and spend more money. The doctor is unprofessional: he wants to force people to return, so he pays another visit / s. The secretaries are poorly prepared and do not know how to explain. To never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso. Parcheggio ridicolo, segretarie impreparate e scorbutiche, sempre in ritardo, sempre caotico e sovraffollato, igiene molto carente, non collegato al fascicolo elettronico. Non all' altezza della sanità romagnola.
Shameful. Ridiculous parking, unprepared and grumpy secretaries, always late, always chaotic and overcrowded, very poor hygiene, not connected to the electronic file. Not at the height of the Romagna health system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un’ecografia dal dottor (e dire “Dottor” è già un parolone) BRUNO BALBI (segnatevi bene questo nome e NON andateci mai!) e sono allibita da quanto sia poco professionale e sgarbato! Per di più a fatica stava in piedi, si trascinava per camminare e per scrivere 4 righe a computer ha impiegato 10 minuti. Ma in pensione quando? Un tempo era una persona carina e capace, ora una sottospecie di medico che tratta malissimo i pazienti e non sa nemmeno dare un referto come cristo comanda. Farò sicuramente una visita da un Dottore specialista degno di questo nome! Ah, una parolina anche per quella brutta persona che è il direttore di quel posto: Stefano Mancini. Ma lo vogliamo fare qualcosa per queste segretarie sgarbate e per non far più lavorare in quel posto medici che non sanno più fare il loro mestiere? Con calma eh… In conclusione un posto sconsigliatissimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni tanto per necessità,mi trovo a dover andare in questo poliambulatorio,ma sono di un disorganizzato da fare paura!!! Una cosa vergognosa!!! Spesso sono sgarbate se non addirittura arroganti !! Quindi se posso evito visto che negli anni non è mai migliorato nulla!! Purtroppo è un settore dove non c'e' carenza !
Every now and then for necessity, I find myself having to go to this clinic, but I am disorganized as to be frightening !!! A shameful thing !!! They are often rude if not downright arrogant !!
