Pessima esperienza d'acquisto, se vuoi essere preso in giro questo è il posto giusto! 40 giorni di ritardo, sono andato a vuoto in concessionaria 10 volte, tempo buttato via, la parte commerciale e amministrativa fa pena, fatture non ricevute, ho dovuto contattare il loro commercialista il 29 dicembre per un problema posticipando le vacanze... L'unico punto positivo sono i meccanici che sono rapidi e bravi, a differenza del resto della ditta. è una disorganizzazione organizzata!
 AVOID !!! quando uno ritira la macchina da un'officina si aspetta che sia tutto ok . risultato : multa e ritiro della carta di circolazione. grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto, l’unica pecca che ho avuto portando l’auto dal meccanico, sono entrato per risolvere delle spie del motore sono uscito con i km che mi lampeggiavano.
La macchina è stata sistemata ma non riuscivano a capire come mai i km lampeggiavano, si sono giustificati che l’auto portava la telecamera posteriore ma in realtà non c’era rivolgiti a un elettrauto!
Da considerare che l’assistenza ha pagato quasi 2mila euro per la riparazione delle due spie del motore.
Dopo tre giorni di assistenza mi ritiro l’auto con questi km che lampeggiavano mi sono rivolto a un forum su Facebook è stato risolto da remoto in meno di venti minuti costo sessanta euro.
Comunque accoglienza e pulizia al massimo mi hanno regalato i tappetini della Fiat tutto sommato è rimasta un ottima amicizia.

The car was fixed but they could not understand why the km were flashing, they justified that the car was carrying a rear camera but in reality there was no contact with an electrician!
To consider that the assistance paid almost 2 thousand euros for the repair of the two engine warning lights.
After three days of assistance, I withdraw the car with these miles flashing, I turned to a forum on Facebook and it was solved remotely in less than twenty minutes for sixty euros.
However, the maximum welcome and cleanliness gave me the Fiat floor mats, all in all, an excellent friendship remained.

In risposta alla vostra cordiale spiegazione....
Sto ancora aspettando una vostra chiamata e quello che ho pagato c'è scritto in fattura.... Non mi sembra che mi abbiate omaggiato di niente, anche perché il giorno successivo sono andato in un'altra officina per la ricarica dell'aria condizionata. In merito al voucher Fiat mi sento solo di farvi notare che se dopo una prenotazione online del tagliando con la cifra indicata vi appendete ad un foglio A4 molto probabilmente vi manca un nuovo concetto chiamato digitalizzazione... Comunque non è un problema, con i €200 che avete voluto in più sicuramente siete andati a vivere a Montecarlo e non avete più bisogno di un mio acquisto auto o futuri tagliandi.
